The measurement range of the KPG-201 vacuum gauge is 5.0×10-2 ~ 1×105 Pa. It operates based on the principle of heat conduction, where the heat loss rate of the heating filament depends on the pressure of the gas surrounding it. The measured values of the vacuum gauge are output as corresponding analog signals through the RJ45 connector.
